Leonidis Tools&Plastics does not make standard products. We are prepared to complete projects that start with hand drawn ideas on napkins, to sophisticated CAD drawings. With our in-house tooling capabilities, we can deliver higher quality products in short time with the flexibility to make changes when needed. DESIGN ASSISTANCE: We often present cost-saving ideas to our customers by offering suggestions on profiles without compromising the integrity or function. Our Tooling Department follows the development of your plastic profiles from the print to the end product, including cutting all dies in-house on our EDM’s.
SECONDARY OPERATIONS: Our services include but are not limited to butt welding, special cuts, tape application, punching (both in-line and off-line), custom packaging, and even partial assembly in some cases.
CUSTOM COLORS: We have color suppliers to match our material with any color requested, both Pantone and customized colors.
We have developed a multi-stage extrusion in which various colours and plastics can be combined into a single profile. This enables us to produce combinations of colours, rigid and flexible materials. Custom profile solutions specific to each client. We always start by developing an optimally functioning product that is produced as efficiently as possible. To achieve this goal, Leonidis Tools&Plastics is always involved in the development from an early stage, because there are usually many more technical possibilities than the client may realise.
